- Purpose and Scope
ConsultxME is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency, and respect for applicable laws and ethical standards.
This Ethics & Anti-Bribery Policy applies to all employees, contractors, advisors, board members, and any third parties acting on behalf of ConsultxME.
- Ethical Conduct
We expect all individuals representing ConsultxME to:
- Act honestly and professionally
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Treat clients, partners, and stakeholders fairly
- Uphold trust in all engagements
Ethical conduct is fundamental to our relationships and long-term success.
- Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
ConsultxME maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption.
We do not offer, promise, give, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or improper advantages of any kind, whether directly or indirectly, to influence business decisions.
This applies to dealings with both public-sector and private-sector entities.
- Gifts, Hospitality, and Conflicts of Interest
Any gifts or hospitality offered or received must:
- Be modest and appropriate
- Comply with applicable laws and institutional policies
- Never influence, or appear to influence, business decisions
Conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly and managed transparently.
- Public Sector Engagement
When working with public-sector institutions, government entities, or state-owned organizations, ConsultxME adheres strictly to applicable regulations, procurement rules, and ethical standards.
No improper payments, inducements, or advantages are permitted under any circumstances.
- Ethics Awareness and Training
ConsultxME supports ongoing ethics awareness and professional conduct training for its team. As part of this effort, ConsultxME may make use of recognized external learning resources, including ethics, integrity, and anti-corruption courses offered by international initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact or Transparency International UK, alongside internal policies and guidance. Such learning resources are used to supplement, not replace, ConsultxME’s own ethical standards and obligations.
- Reporting and Compliance
Any concerns or suspected violations of this policy should be reported promptly. Reports can be made confidentially by contacting the CEO directly at: Mohammed@consultxme.com. All such reports will be handled by strict confidentiality also.
ConsultxME will take appropriate action in response to verified breaches of this policy.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, or business practices.
